A company conference is often one of the very few occasions when colleagues from offices located in different parts of the world come together in the same location.
This is a perfect opportunity to take portrait images of staff from different offices in the same environment or take head shots that have the same ‘look’. All necessary lighting equipment is available on site.
I offer a reduced rate package for portraits when combined with a conference booking.
Package includes:
- Documenting the event (e.g. speakers on stage, environment, branding materials, gala dinner)
- Portraits / head shots (background and lighting equipment included if requested)
- Retouching of both event and portrait images.

William Leach Photographer AB shall not be liable for costs incurred as a result of an assignment being cancelled if the cancellation was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) terrorist activity (threatened or actual) or serious potential for terrorist activity (as determined by William Leach Photographer AB in its sole discretion) whether within the proximity of the assignment or world-wide and directly affecting countries to be visited, war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, Act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the control of William Leach Photographer AB
Kindly note my cancellation/postponement charges. In the event of an assignment being cancelled or postponed, the following charges will apply:
30 calendar days or more before assignment-0% of fee
15 to 29 calendar days before assignment -50% of fee
4 to 14 calendar days before assignment -90% of fee
Start date to 3 calendar days before assignment -100% of fee
Fees will apply regardless of any effects upon an assignment of any delayed or cancelled flights, of equipment not reaching its destination on time or of any problems being encountered with immigration or customs authorities.
William Leach Photographer AB is responsible for ensuring that they comply with export rules. The client will not assume any responsibility regarding any violation of export controls rules and U.S. sanctions by William Leach and/or his company.
Any stamp tax arising from an agreement will be paid by the client.
William Leach Photographer AB agrees not to publish or use or cause to be used in any way any photograph or video footage taken for an assignment in any publication for promotion, editorial or any other purpose without the prior written approval of an authorised client representative.
